1. The service. AI Household Manager helps you plan and track household tasks and coordinate with service providers. It is an organisational tool: it does not carry out work and does not employ the providers listed in it.

2. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of what you record. Accounts may not be shared.

3. Providers. Any agreement to carry out work is between you and the provider. We do not guarantee their availability, pricing, qualifications or the quality of their work. TODO: confirm this position with counsel, particularly if commission or in-app payment is added later.

4. Suggestions. Scheduling suggestions, including those produced with the help of an AI model, are informational. They are not professional, safety or legal advice, and you remain responsible for statutory inspections and maintenance obligations that apply to your property.

5. Acceptable use. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other users' data, or upload content you have no right to share.

6. Availability. The service is provided on an "as is" basis during the MVP period, without a guaranteed service level. TODO: define uptime commitments before any paid tier launches.

7. Ending the agreement. You may close your account at any time from the privacy centre. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

8. Governing law. TODO: specify governing law and the competent courts for the operating entity.
